Urban Story Ven- tures attributed its inspiration for the mixed-use portion of the project as Seaside in northwest Florida, Navy Pier in Chicago and Venice, Italy. The group has retained Sim Wilson III of CBRE's Chattanooga office to over- see the marketing and leasing for the project. The developer estimates the project will take 10 years to complete. JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA TRIFORCE DEVELOPMENT TO BREAK GROUND ON TINSELTOWN PLAZA IN JACKSONVILLE Triforce Development is set to break ground on Tinseltown Plaza, a 14,000-square-foot shopping center located in Jacksonville. The develop- ment is an outparcel property at the Tinseltown Movie Theatre complex. Franklin Street's North Florida of- fice has secured three tenants for the center, including Noire The Nail Bar, Kazu Sushi Burrito and Soupa Saiyan. Each of the new retailers will occupy 2,000 square feet. Construction will begin this fall, with completion ex- pected in early 2019. CHICAGO, ILLINOIS CRAFT BREWERY TO ANCHOR NEW MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT IN CHICAGO Craft brewery 5 Rabbit Cerveceria has signed a 12,000-square-foot lease to be the first retail tenant at Mural Park in Chicago's Pilsen neighborhood. The Latin American-inspired brewery will anchor the property and occupy 5,000 square feet on the ground floor and 7,000 square feet in the basement for its brewing operation. The brewery is expected to open in early 2019. Jose Gonzalez and Joaquin Manriquez of JLL represented the landlord, Condor Partners, in the lease transaction. Mu- ral Park is an office and retail redevel- opment of two 100,000-square-foot loft buildings. The development is the starting point for El Paseo, a four-mile trails project that will connect Pilsen, Little Village and University Village. GREER, SOUTH CAROLINA ULTA BEAUTY, FIVE BELOW OPEN AT HALPERN'S PIEDMONT MARKETPLACE IN SOUTH CAROLINA Halpern Enterprises has opened two new retail stores at Piedmont Mar- ketplace, a 131,000-square-foot shop- ping center in Greer, South Carolina. Ulta Beauty and Five Below opened locations at the center, which is in the final stages of a $9.5 million renova- tion. Ross Dress for Less is scheduled to open at the development in Septem- ber, backfilling the space formerly oc- cupied by a grocery store, and bring- ing the center to full occupancy. In addition to the new tenants, Piedmont Marketplace houses a 66,970-square- foot Kohl's and a 21,566-square-foot Tractor Supply. The site also includes a 10,000-square-foot outparcel for lease, sale or build-to-suit, and 7,000 square feet available for future expan- sion.
