SEVIERVILLE, TENNESSEE 175,000-SQUARE-FOOT RIVER LANDING SHOPPING CENTER TO OPEN RealtyLink LLC, Vannoy Construc- tion and architect Cor3 Design, have announced the groundbreaking of the $25 million River Landing project, a 175,000-square-foot planned shopping center located in Sevierville. Eight na- tional retailers anchor the center situated on a 16-acre site at the site of the Old Reel Theatre. A signalized entrance provides direct access to the eight retailers. Phase I is slated for completion September 2015, while Phase II is estimated for completion in February 2016. NORTH MYRTLE BEACH, SOUTH CAROLINA COASTAL NORTH TOWN CENTER OPENS RealtyLink LLC and Branch Proper- ties LLC have completed the $60 mil- lion Coastal North Town Center, a 315,000-square-foot power center situ- ated in North Myrtle Beach. Featuring both Myrtle Beach's first Publix Super Market and Hobby Lobby, the retail center was developed as part of a joint venture agreement that has RealtyLink re- sponsible for development, financing and leasing, and Branch positioned as equity partner and ongoing property manager. The power center, situated on a 40-acre site, is anchored by nine national retail- ers including TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, Dick's Sporting Goods, PetSmart and Hobby Lobby, in addition to Publix. Other tenants include Ulta, Rack Room Shoes, Versona, Edison's Fitness, Super- cuts, Which Wich, Coastal Olive Oil, Menchie's, Bojangles' and Bou'Tiki.
