24 • SHOPPING CENTER BUSINESS • May 2016 NEWSLINE UNISON REALTY PARTNERS ACQUIRES SHOPPING CENTER FOR $15.3 MILLION Unison Realty Partners has purchased Johnston Road Plaza, a 79,508-square- foot grocery-anchored shopping center in Charlotte, North Carolina, for $15.3 million. The Boston-based frm pur- chased the asset from Westwood Finan- cial. Berkeley Capital Advisors brokered the transaction. The 16-store shopping center was 98 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants such as Food Lion and Goodwill. RW CAPITAL PARTNERS INC. ACQUIRES GROCERY-ANCHORED CENTER IN NEW JERSEY FOR $32.1 MILLION An affliate of RW Capital Partners Inc. has acquired The Plaza at Cape May Court House, a 163,629-square-foot, grocery-an- chored retail center located in the coastal community of Cape May Court House, New Jersey. The center was 97.6 percent leased at the time of sale by ACME Mar- kets, Marshalls, Staples, CVS/pharmacy, Pier 1 Imports, Alfredo's Pizza, Chop- sticks Restaurants, Melini Hair Care, GNC and Payless ShoeSource. Chris Munley, Jose Cruz and Kevin O'Hearn of HFF represented the seller, Polimeni International LLC, in the transaction. HANLEY INVESTMENT GROUP ARRANGES SALE OF TWO O'REILLY AUTO PARTS Hanley Investment Group has arranged the sale of two single-tenant, triple-net leased properties occupied by O'Reil- ly Auto Parts for a combined price of $5.5 million. An investor from North- ern California acquired both properties in separate transactions to complete 1031 exchanges. Acquisitions include an 8,037-square-foot store located at 100 E. Cypress Road in Oakley, California, and an 8,000-square-foot store located at 13224 Telegraph Road in Taylor, Mich- igan. Jeremy McChesney of Hanley In- vestment Group represented the sellers in both transactions, with help from JDS Real Estate Services Inc. in the disposition of the Michigan location. Dan Diehl of Keller Williams Realty represented the buyer in both transactions. Tenants at The Plaza at Cape May Court House in New Jersey include ACME Markets, Marshalls and Staples.
