Tenants at the center include Aldi, Dollar Tree, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Rite Aid and Sta- ples. Ben Wineman and Daniel Stern of Mid-America represented the seller, Kim- co Realty, in the sale of the property to Viking Partners. PHILLIPS EDISON ACQUIRES LAKEWOOD CITY CENTER IN METRO CLEVELAND Phillips Edison Grocery Center REIT II Inc. has acquired Lakewood City Cen- ter, a 67,280-square-foot shopping cen- ter located in the Cleveland suburb of Lakewood, Ohio. A 39,400-square-foot Marc's grocery store anchors the center, which is also home to tenants such as Gamestop, Best Cuts, Pet Supplies Plus, the UPS Store, Boston Market, Marco's Pizza, Ace Cash Express, T-Mobile, Palm Beach Tan, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. FRIEDMAN ARRANGES SALE OF 34,965-SQUARE-FOOT RETAIL CENTER IN METRO DETROIT Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solu- tions has arranged the sale of L.A. Plaza, a 34,965-square-foot retail center in the Detroit suburb of Livonia, Michigan. The single-story, L-shaped building is located at 36083-36175 Plymouth Road. The center is 60 percent occupied by tenants including Lily Nails, The Hair Doctor, Cozy Corner Café, Quizno's Subs, The Jewelry Factory, KDI and The Bike Tri Shop. CRE REO LLC – Gearing Capital Partners sold L.A. Plaza to Cantor Real Estate Income and Opportunity Fund II LLC through Rich Deptula and Josh Miller of Friedman represented both parties in the transaction. HANLEY INVESTMENT GROUP ARRANGES $18.6 MILLION SALE OF RETAIL CENTER IN HUNTINGTON BEACH Hanley Investment Group has arranged the $18.6 million sale of a newly redevel- oped retail center located on the corner of Brookhurst Street and Adams Avenue in Huntington Beach, California. Tenants at the fully occupied, 24,000-square-foot center include PetSmart, U.S. Bank, Phe- nix Salon, Tenet Healthcare and Orange- theory Fitness. LBG Real Estate Cos. LLC sold the property to an Orange Coun- ty-based private investor. Ed Hanley, Bill Asher and Eric Vu of Hanley Investment Group arranged the sale of the property in an off-market transaction.
