PREP's Strategic Investment division is targeting opportunistic and value add retail assets in infll locations. The asset classifcations include power centers, malls and mixed use properties with a minimum size of 150,000 square feet. The portfolio will, ultimately, be balanced between cash fowing value add investments and distressed assets requiring redevelopment. PREP's Net Lease Income division is seeking to acquire well-located single tenant net leased retail properties. The portfolio aims to acquire a diverse mix of tenant credit, uses, and geographies including auto parts, convenience stores, pharmacy, casual dining, quick service restaurants, banks, junior, mid, and big box retail, dollar stores, and medical uses in active retail corridors.
