Miami Worldcenter Associates, in col- laboration with The Forbes Co. and Taub- man, aim for Miami Worldcenter's cen- tral space to generate foot traffic much like New York's Rockefeller Center. "It will be interesting to see how Bric- kell City Centre and Miami Worldcenter perform together and how their retail tenant mixes line up. In northwest Miami-Dade, Triple Five Group, owner of the Mall of America in Minneapolis, plans to develop the Amer- ican Dream Miami, a 6.2 million-square- foot mall. The planned mall has been a boon for other retail development in the area.
