The Home Depot shad- ow-anchored property is home to tenants including Office Depot, Family Dollar, Fancy Fruit & Produce, Olive Garden and Ollie's Bargain Outlet. John Crotty, Josh- ua Ladle, Steve Tanner and Ray Hayhurst of Avison Young represented the seller, Noble Properties, in the transaction. Tri- arch Capital Group acquired the asset. KIMCO SELLS EAST ORLANDO SHOPPING CENTER FOR $6 MILLION Kimco Realty Corp. has sold East Orlando Shopping Center, a 131,981-square-foot, grocery-anchored center located in Or- lando, for $6 million. The property is an- chored by Bravo Supermarkets. Mishorim Gold East Orlando L.P. acquired the asset free and clear of existing debt. Brad Pe- terson and Whitaker Leonhardt of HFF represented the seller in the transaction. PINNACLE ARRANGES $4.1 MILLION SALE OF RETAIL PROPERTY IN METRO DENVER Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors LLC has arranged the $4.1 million sale of Indiana Marketplace, a 14,738-square-foot shop- ping center located in the Denver suburb of Arvada, Colorado. The property is lo- cated at 14805-14807 West 64th Ave. Jeff Johnson and Matt Ritter of Pinnacle rep- resented the undisclosed 1031 exchange buyer in the transaction. GREYSTEEL ARRANGES $7.5 MILLION SALE OF WAVERLY TOWERS SHOPPING CENTER IN BALTIMORE CITY Greysteel has arranged the $7.5 million sale of Waverly Towers, a 51,550-square- foot urban retail center located in Balti- more City, Maryland. The property was 96 percent leased at the time of sale to tenants including Advance Auto Parts, Family Dollar, Fresenius Medical Care and Ashley Stewart. Gil Neuman, Joyce Swain and Cyrus Kashfian of Greysteel represented the seller, Waverly Commons LLC, and procured the buyer, Brentwood Village LLC, in the transaction. LEE & ASSOCIATES ARRANGES $8.7 MILLION SALE OF NORTH CANYON RANCH Lee & Associates has arranged the $8.7 million sale of North Canyon Ranch, a 70,428-square-foot, Goodwill-anchored shopping center located in Glendale, Arizona. Pat Dempsey and Jan Fincham of Lee & Associates represented the seller, PLC Pinnacle Peak LLC, in the transaction. First Ave/Wetmore Office Plaza LLC acquired the property through a 1031 exchange.
